Record breaking temperatures resulted in a fantasmagorical lightning show in the evening!!!  Some spectacular CGs!!!

Starting off with 110-120km/h winds and 3cm hail near Withcott, I ventured into the Downs and got some spectacular structure, sunset guster and awesome lightning shots - one of my best days!!!

A nice line of storms moved slowly off the ranges giving some nice lightning and very strong winds accomapnied with a nice guster as it moved overhead!

Up there with one of my best chases, an awesome supercell through Redcliffe gave us a spectacular gustfront and golfball+ sized hail!!!  Absolutely tremendous day!

I was working on this day, but a friend of mine flew up and borrowed my car and got a great supercell on the Downs - some of the fastest rotation of a wall cloud I've ever seen!!!

A squall line developed late in the day and moved over our location.  With the dry air at the surface it gave for some strong winds and microbursts ahead of a modest gustfront!

Not really storms, but I spent a few days with some friends and did some bushwalks.  We were treated to some spectacular sunrises and sunsets, not to mention the amazing scenery in the waterfall capital of Oz!
