Very nice wall cloud and a small mid-level funnel from this chase in the Downs! Afterwards I got slammed by a strong microburst, before staying the night in the Downs and chasing the next day, but storms formed too early - so they just pulsed. |

The best day of the season! This phenomenal event gave several supercells, I sighted one possible tornado near Rathdowney, and a fantasmagorical lightning show that lasted all night, with cricket ball hail falling at 4am in the morning, and severe hailstorms coming through at 7am! |
